Druid Gods

The druids of the Realms venerate nature in all its forms, as well as the gods of the First Circle, those deities closest to the power and majesty of the natural world. That group of gods includes Chauntea, Eldath, Mielikki, Silvanus, as well as Auril, Malar, Talos, and Umberlee, for nature is many-sided and not always kind.

Chauntea

Chauntea (The Earthmother) is the Faerunian goddess of life and bounty, who views herself as the embodiment of all things agrarian. She is the deity of agriculture and plant cultivation.

Eldath

Eldath, also known as The Green Goddess, Mother Guardian of Groves, or the Mother of the Waters among the Bedine people, is a lake spirit who acts as the guardian of groves and watersheds.

Mielikki

Mielikki, also referred to as the Lady of the Forest, the Supreme Ranger, and the Forest Queen, is the neutral good goddess of autumn, forests, and dryads and other forest creatures and the patron of druids and rangers.

Silvanus

Silvanus is the Celtic and Faerunian power of wild nature, standing in contrast to the more ordered, agrarian nature represented by the goddess Chauntea.

Auril

cold Auril , is known as The Cold Goddess, The Frostmaiden, Icedawn, the Goddess of Winter, and the Frost Sprite Queen, was a fickle, vain, and evil deity, who was primarily venerated out of fear.

Malar

Malar , The Beastlord, is the lesser deity of the hunt, evil lycanthropes, bestial savagery and bloodlust. His dogma concerned savage hunts, the spreading of the curse of lycanthropy, and general contempt for civilization.

Talos

Talos, also known long ago as Kozah, was the Faerûnian greater deity of storms and destruction. The Storm Lord's dogma was self-serving, demanding utter obedience from his priests and instructing them to spread destruction where they might. His followers were known as Talassans

Umberlee

Umberlee,is the evil sea goddess in the Faerûnian pantheon, most often worshiped by sailors or people traveling by sea, out of fear of her destructive powers. She is known as a particularly malicious, petty, greedy, and vain deity who controlls the harshness of the sea while reveling in her own power and was not hesitant to drown people if she so pleased
